Commercial interiors platform Officebanao has secured nearly $4 million from investors, as part of a $7.7 million funding round led by Lightspeed, to expand its business globally.

Delhi-NCR-based Officebanao is a real estate startup engaged in interior design and fit-outs of commercial real estate, including office and retail spaces.

Funding Details

  • The funding round, led by existing investor Lightspeed, was structured across two tranches: $3.85 million in May-June 2025 and $3.85 million in January-February 2026.
  • The company has raised $7.7 million in total, valuing it at $70 million post-money.
  • This is not the first funding Officebanao has received, having earlier raised $6 million in seed funding from Lightspeed in 2023.

Founder's Move

Officebanao's founder and CEO, Tushar Mittal, has acquired equity stakes of co-founders Akshya Kumar and Divyanshu Sharma, as they move on to pursue independent ventures.
