Delhi-based TARC Ltd Launches 'TARC Kailasa' Project

Delhi-based TARC Ltd has launched a super luxury residential project 'TARC Kailasa' in the national capital's Kirti Nagar area.

Located on a 6-acre land, the project comprises four towers with 275 units that have already been sold, and a fifth tower with 110 units that is now up for sale, according to Amar Sarin, MD and CEO of TARC Ltd.

  • Total units: 385 (275 + 110)
  • Price range: ₹11-14 crore per unit
  • Project area: 17 lakh square feet

TARC Ltd plans to invest ₹1,500 crore in the project, excluding land cost, with ₹250 crore already spent on construction work.

The project is expected to be completed in March 2030, with TARC Ltd targeting a total revenue of ₹4,500 crore from the project.

Company Performance

TARC Ltd has achieved a sales bookings of ₹1,000 crore in the first nine months of this fiscal and is confident of reaching ₹2,500 crore for the full financial year.

Amar Sarin expressed confidence in the company's launch pipeline for the next financial year, saying the company has a huge land bank in Delhi-NCR property market and plans to gradually launch projects to monetise the value.
