Anarock Group's Revenue Sees 25% Growth in FY 2025-26

Real estate consultant Anarock Group has witnessed a significant increase in revenue, growing by 25 per cent in the financial year 2025-26 to reach Rs 946 crore, as per the company's Chairman Anuj Puri.

Revenue Growth Across Key Segments

  • Residential: Strong housing demand drove growth in the residential segment.
  • Office Space: Robust leasing activities contributed to the growth in office space.
  • Investment Advisory and Retail: The company saw growth across its core investment advisory and retail verticals.

Anuj Puri highlighted that the revenue growth was achieved across the company's core segments, including residential, office space, investment advisory, and retail.

Key Achievements

  • Sale of Housing Properties: The Anarock group facilitated the sale of housing properties worth Rs 16,435 crore last fiscal.
  • Diversified Revenue Streams: The remaining revenue came from various other sources, including leasing of office and retail spaces, strategic consulting, project management, and more.

Outlook for the Current Fiscal

On the outlook for the current fiscal, Puri mentioned that the housing market has become selective, and the company is continuously tracking demand and adapting its expertise and proprietary proptech solutions to address it.

Expansion Plans

  • Middle East Expansion: Anarock Group plans to expand its business in the Middle East region.
  • Organic and Inorganic Growth: The company had raised Rs 200 crore from 360 One Asset Management Ltd in 2024 to fund its overall business growth.
  • Employee Base: The Group currently has around 2,300 employees operating across key tier-1 and 2 markets in India and the Middle East.
