Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - BPTP Limited, a leading real estate developer in NCR, has leased office space at its Grade-A commercial development, Capital City in Sector 94, Noida, to Taiwan-based semiconductor company MediaTek for its new research and development (R&D) hub.
The transaction involves the leasing of approximately 1,04,000 sq. ft. of space. Based on the agreed commercial terms, the transaction value is estimated at approximately Rs.144 crore over the contemplated tenure, subject to contractual terms and customary escalations.
