Real estate firm Dalcore has collaborated with international design and lifestyle brand YOO Inspired by Starck to launch The Falcon, an ultra-luxury branded residential project on Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The company plans to invest ₹500 crore to develop the project, which is expected to generate a topline of ₹1,450 crore.
