Tata Group and Gulshan Group to Develop India's Tallest Taj Hotel in Noida

Gulshan Group, a leading real estate developer based in Noida, has partnered with Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) to invest ₹1,000 crore in developing India's tallest Taj Hotel and Taj-branded serviced apartments in Noida.

The project will feature a 150-room Taj hotel and 74 Taj-branded serviced apartments, making it the tallest Taj Hotel in India and the first in Noida.

  • 57-storey development with separate entrances for hotel and residential sections
  • 2 apartments per floor, spanning from the 17th to the 56th storey, with a single penthouse on the top floor
  • Hotel amenities: all-day dining restaurant, bar, 2 speciality restaurants, 8,000 sq. ft. ballroom for conferences and events
