RERA Imposes Rs 70 Lakh Penalty on Chester Hill Projects in Solan

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) of Himachal Pradesh has issued a significant regulatory action against the Chester Hill-2 and Chester Hill-4 real estate projects in Solan.

According to orders released last Sunday, the RERA investigation revealed numerous violations, including irregular formation of resident welfare associations and improper maintenance of financial accounts.

RERA has directed further inquiries into these financial misappropriations and has instructed the municipal and revenue departments to submit updated site inspection reports and address violations of land and tenancy laws.
