The 23rd edition of the CREDAI MCHI Thane Property Expo has come to a close, solidifying Thane's position as a leading real estate hub in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, according to organisers.

The event drew a significant turnout of 20,467 visitors, with a notable surge in transaction activity across residential, commercial, and retail segments.

  • Key Highlights:
    • The strongest buyer interest was recorded in the Rs 55 lakh to Rs 2.25 crore price bracket.
    • Micro-markets such as Ghodbunder Road, Kolshet, Pokhran, and Majiwada emerged as the top choices for home seekers.

CREDAI MCHI Thane President Sachin Mirani expressed satisfaction with the expo's success, saying, "This was our most successful edition yet. The numbers reflect buyer trust in Thane's growth story.
