MHADA Reduces Prices by 7.5% for 1,221 Apartments in Mumbai Lottery 2026
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced a price reduction of 7.5% for 1,221 apartments under its MHADA Lottery 2026, effectively lowering prices for 46% of the total inventory.
Eligible Areas and Price Cuts
- Kanamwar Nagar: Prices for 480 units in Building No. 2 have been lowered from ₹1.45– ₹1.47 crore to ₹1.34– ₹1.36 crore.
- Vikhroli East: Prices for 741 units in Building No. 3 have been revised from ₹1.45– ₹1.48 crore to ₹1.34– ₹1.37 crore.

- Each tenement in the project will be provided with one car parking space free of cost.

- EMD Payment: EMD can be paid online till 11:59 PM on 15 May 2026, or through RTGS/NEFT up to banking hours on 15 May 2026.
- Provisional List: The provisional list of received applications will be published on 22 May 2026 at 3:00 PM on MHADA's official website.
- Claims and Objections: Applicants can submit online claims and objections until 25 May 2026, 3:00 PM.
- Final List: The final list of accepted applications will be published on 29 May 2026 at 3:00 PM.
- Computerised Lottery Draw: The computerised lottery draw for allotment of flats will be conducted on 5 June 2026.

The costliest apartment in the MHADA lottery 2026 is priced at ₹6.82 crore and is located in Cressent Tower, Tardeo. It measures 1,838 sq ft.
