Prestige Group: Delivering 313 Projects Across 13 Cities in India
Bengaluru-based Prestige Group has made a significant mark in the Indian real estate market, delivering 313 projects covering a massive 206 million sq ft. With a pipeline of 128 ongoing projects totaling 195 million sq ft, the company continues to expand its presence across the country.
Record Sales Bookings and Sales Growth
- During the last fiscal year (2025-26), Prestige Estates achieved a record sales booking of ₹30,024.5 crore, marking a 76% increase from the previous year.
- A total of 11,692 units were sold during the last financial year, showcasing the company's growth and success in the market.
Ambitious Targets and Future Plans
The Group aims to achieve ₹50,000 crore in home sales by FY29-30, nearly tripling last year's ₹17,000 crore. This ambitious target is a testament to the company's confidence in the Indian real estate market.
Expansion into New Markets
- Prestige Group is now eyeing new markets, including Pune, Gurugram, and Noida, where the company has not yet launched residential projects but sees significant growth potential.
- The company's focus will be on the ₹2–3 crore segment, which captures the bulk of genuine housing demand, while also pursuing marquee projects in premium locations.
Recent Land Acquisition in Gurugram
The company has secured a land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram, through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17.212-acre land parcel. This strategic move is expected to further fuel the company's growth and expansion plans.
