Shah Rukh Khan's Manager Pooja Dadlani Buys 3 Luxury Apartments in Mumbai's Bandra
Pooja Dadlani, the long-time manager of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai's Bandra neighborhood. Along with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, the trio has purchased three apartments in a building called Varun on Carter Road for a combined Rs 38.21 crore.
- Pooja Dadlani and her family bought the apartments from Tryksha Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lotus Developers.
- The apartments are located on an upper floor and have a combined carpet area of 4,776 sq ft.
- Each flat has a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, along with a balcony measuring 81.16 sq ft.
- The deals were officially registered on April 21, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore and a registration fee of Rs 90,000.
The building is still under construction and possession is expected by December 2028. The project is part of a redevelopment plan, with the developer acquiring development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society.
