Shah Rukh Khan's Manager Pooja Dadlani Makes Big Real Estate Move in Mumbai's Bandra
Pooja Gurnani, the long-time manager of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has made a significant real estate purchase in Mumbai's Bandra neighbourhood. Along with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, the trio has bought three apartments in a building called Varun on Carter Road for a combined sum of Rs 38.21 crore.
- The apartments are located on an upper floor and have a total area of 4,776 sq ft, with each flat measuring 1,511.15 sq ft and a balcony of 81.16 sq ft.
- The units were purchased from Tryksha Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lotus Developers, and were officially registered on April 21, 2026.
- The purchase includes six designated car parking spaces and a stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore was paid, along with a registration fee of Rs 90,000.
The building is currently under construction and possession is expected by December 2028. The project is part of a redevelopment plan, with the developer acquiring development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society and rebuilding the property.

As per documents accessed by Zapkey, last year in February, the Don actor leased two high-end duplex apartments in Mumbai's Khar area for a total rent of Rs 8.67 crore over three years.
- The duplexes are located in a building named Puja Casa and are spread across multiple floors.
- One of the units was rented from Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh at a monthly rent of Rs 11.54 lakh, with a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh.
- The second duplex was leased from producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 12.61 lakh per month, with a deposit of Rs 36 lakh.
