Signature Global Invests Rs 3,500 Crore in Gurugram, Targets 21% Growth in Sales Bookings
Realty firm Signature Global is planning a significant investment of around Rs 3,500 crore this fiscal year for land acquisition and construction activities in Gurugram. The company anticipates a return to normalcy in the Gurugram housing market, with sales bookings targeted to reach Rs 10,000 crore.

Chairman's Outlook:
Signature Global's Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal believes that the Gurugram housing market will return to normalcy this fiscal year, despite facing some softness in demand during the second half of the 2025-26 fiscal year.

The company has set a target to achieve 21% growth in sales bookings this fiscal year to Rs 10,000 crore on the back of a strong launch pipeline and residual inventories in under-construction real estate projects.
Commercial Real Estate Venture:
Signature Global has entered into a commercial real estate business in partnership with Bengaluru-based RMZ group, as part of its strategy to diversify into other segments of the real estate sector.
Financial Performance:
The company's sales bookings fell 20% to Rs 8,250 crore in the last fiscal year from a record Rs 10,290 crore in the preceding year. However, the company's average sales realisation increased to Rs 15,250 per sq ft from Rs 12,457 per sq ft in FY25.
Recent Development:
Signature Global has tied up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a luxury housing project in Gurugram with an investment of nearly Rs 2,900 crore.
