Sonu Nigam has reportedly sold five adjoining land parcels in Karjat worth Rs 95 lakhs, marking his second major property deal in 2026.
Playback singer Sonu Nigam has reportedly sold a large piece of his land in Karjat in a whopping deal worth Rs 95 lakhs. As per reports, there were five adjoining land parcels located in Savele village in Karjat that Sonu sold. Multiple deals took place, involving a stamp duty of about Rs 5.7 lakhs.
The deal, as per the CRE Matrix reported by Hindustan Times, was registered on May 12, 2026. The report states that one land parcel measuring 0.21 hectares was purchased by a group of four individuals for Rs 20 lakhs. Another land parcel measuring 0.215 hectares was bought by two homebuyers for the same amount.
A 0.225-hectare parcel was bought by an individual for Rs 20 lakhs, while a 0.20-hectare plot was sold to two individuals for Rs 17 lakhs. The fifth parcel, measuring 0.217 hectares, was sold for Rs 18 lakhs. While the report claimed that the major transaction had taken place, neither the singer nor the buyers has made an official statement about it.
Reportedly, this isn’t the first deal that Sonu Nigam has made in Karjat. In April 2026, he sold 1.9 hectares for Rs 1.95 crore. Those transactions were registered on April 7, 2026.
