Uttar Pradesh Sees Major Real Estate Boost with 13 New Projects Approved
The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA) has given the green light to 13 new residential and commercial projects, totaling a massive estimated investment of Rs 3,052.73 crore. These projects are spread across eight districts of the state and are expected to create around 4,772 housing and commercial units.
Breakdown of Approved Projects
- Ghaziabad: Four projects worth Rs 1,936.72 crore, including three commercial and one residential project, were cleared in the district, involving development of 2,199 units.
- Gautam Budh Nagar: One commercial project worth Rs 420.50 crore comprising 855 commercial units received approval.
- Agra: Two residential projects worth Rs 246.94 crore received approval and will add 797 residential units.
- Lucknow: Two residential projects involving Rs 216.14 crore and 364 units received approval.
- Other districts: Projects were also approved in Mathura, Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Barabanki.
According to Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy, all the approved projects cleared regulatory requirements before receiving approval.
