Synopsis
CG Offices has appointed Jai Agnani as partner and chief growth officer. He will lead a new division offering workplace and portfolio services. This expansion aims to support corporates and enterprise occupiers in commercial leasing and real estate strategy. The company is evolving to provide integrated, full-lifecycle advisory. India's commercial real estate market is transforming rapidly.
CG Offices has appointed Jai Agnani as partner and chief growth officer, to lead the workplace and portfolio services, a new division built to help corporates, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and enterprise occupiers in commercial leasing, real estate portfolio strategy, workplace planning, and long-term occupancy performance.
With this, CG Offices' has expanded the commercial real estate footprint, which positions the company as an integrated occupier platform
CG Offices' which was founded to bring embodied carbon intelligence into commercial interior fit-outs, has pioneered measurement and decision-making tools that helped occupiers understand the carbon impact of their workplace choices.
Sustainability and embodied carbon thinking continue to inform how the company designs, builds, manages, and now leases and advises on workplaces.
“What began as helping occupiers think differently about workplaces — starting with embodied carbon in commercial interior fit-outs — has evolved into something much larger. Occupier decisions today span leasing, portfolio strategy, design, operations, and long-term workplace performance. Organisations want partners who can bring all of this together — not deliver it in fragments,” said Vibhor Jain, Founder & CEO, CG Offices.
Live Events
India's commercial real estate market is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by GCC-led demand, hybrid work models, rising leasing activity, operational cost pressures, sustainability-led occupier mandates, and a growing need for data-driven workplace decision-making.
As organisations rethink how offices are leased, designed, managed and optimised, the role of real estate and workplace partners is also evolving — moving beyond traditional transaction-only models toward integrated, full-lifecycle advisory.
The new division has been established as CG Offices' dedicated occupier-facing commercial real estate and advisory arm, bringing together commercial leasing, real estate advisory, and portfolio management capabilities within a single team.
Prior to joining CG Offices, Jai Agnani served as Global Head of Corporate Real Estate at leading enterprises including EXL, Concentrix, and IBM Global Process Services, where he led large, multi-country real estate portfolios. His experience spans commercial leasing strategy, global portfolio optimisation, workplace transformation, operational management, and enterprise real estate decision-making across complex multi-city and multi-geography environments.
“Occupiers today expect far more from their real estate and workplace partners than they did even a few years ago. The conversation now extends well beyond a leasing transaction. It is about how real estate decisions support business performance, employee experience, operational agility, sustainability goals, and long-term portfolio resilience,” said said Jai Agnani, Partner & Chief Growth Officer, CG Offices.
CG Offices is part of the Carbon Guardians group, which pioneered embodied carbon intelligence in commercial interior fit-outs and continues to drive sustainability and workplace intelligence across the company's broader ecosystem.
