Knowledge Realty Trust, a prominent real estate investment trust sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, has announced a substantial distribution of Rs 716.6 crore for the quarter ending March, marking a strong financial performance.

- Distribution: Rs 7,166 million, equivalent to Rs 1.62 per unit for Q4 FY26
- Cumulative Distributions: Rs 21,019 million or Rs 4.74 per unit since listing in August 2025
The company's strong operational momentum and growth prospects were highlighted by CEO Shirish Godbole, who noted the company's portfolio occupancy has touched 92%. COO Quaiser Parvez added that the 16% revenue increase was driven by expanding marquee tenants.
