Places around NH-24, Siddharth Vihar, and emerging corridors like Madhuban Bapudham are witnessing strong traction and infrastructure-led growth. With several new developments and improved connectivity planned in Madhuban Bapudham, the location is expected to become an important residential destination in the coming years,” adds Rathore. The combination of better planning, expansion and low entry prices makes Ghaziabad an attractive option for both end-users and investors. “Ghaziabad still offers better value compared to many established NCR markets, and that is one of the biggest reasons why luxury housing demand here is steadily growing,” adds Rathore. As NCR continues expanding its markets, Ghaziabad is emerging as a new market to divert focus to.
