Karyan Group, a prominent real estate developer, has announced plans to invest ₹900 crore in developing a luxury residential project, 'Trevana Residences', along the NH-24 corridor in Ghaziabad. The project is strategically located along the high-growth NH-24 corridor, offering seamless connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Meerut. The upcoming metro expansion and infrastructure upgrades in the region are expected to further boost the project's potential.
Expected Completion Date:
The project is expected to be completed by 2030, according to the developer. Varun Garg, director at Karyan Group, stated that the project aims to redefine premium living along the NH-24 corridor through a combination of luxury, connectivity, and community-focused infrastructure.

Ghaziabad's Emerging Premium Real Estate Scene:
Ghaziabad's real estate market is witnessing a significant shift, with a wave of premium residential launches along the Delhi–Meerut Expressway redefining price benchmarks in eastern NCR. Several projects are now priced around ₹3 crore, marking a decisive shift in the market.
Real estate experts point out that current pricing levels remain relatively attractive compared to broader NCR market trends. Developers are responding to evolving buyer preferences by introducing larger apartments, lower-density layouts, expansive balconies, and hospitality-style amenities, features that have become defining elements of post-pandemic housing demand.
Industry Insights:
Industry leaders say Ghaziabad is steadily moving beyond its affordable-housing identity into a more aspirational residential phase, with much of this transformation concentrated along the Delhi–Meerut Expressway. The 14-lane expressway has directly translated into stronger housing demand, with travel time to Delhi now close to 30 minutes.
