New Delhi: Realty firm Puravankara Ltd has entered into an agreement with landowner to develop a 11-acre housing project in Bengaluru with a revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore. In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company informed that it has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for an 11.23-acre land parcel in Doddagubbi, North Bengaluru, Bengaluru-based Puravankara did not mention the name of the landowner. The company will develop a housing project on this land parcel with a total estimated revenue potential of around Rs 1,100 crore. Live Events Last month, Puravankara Ltd reported a net profit of Rs 56.75 crore for the 2025-26 fiscal as against a net loss of Rs 182.92 crore in the preceding year. Total income increased to Rs 3,846.42 crore last fiscal from Rs 2,093.13 crore in the preceding year. As of March 31, 2026, Puravankara has completed 95 projects totalling 57 million sq ft across nine cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
