Ltd. inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire the development rights of a plot of land measuring 2,941 square metre, contiguous of its ongoing commercial project Suraj One Business Bay in Mahim (West), Mumbai, with a total consideration of ₹75 crore.

Godrej Properties Godrej Properties informed the exchanges on Monday that it has won the bid for a 23.2 acre residential land parcel in DMIC integrated township in Greater Noida via an e-auction conducted by the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd. The company said it plans to develop a residential group housing project on the land parcel with an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹7,000 crore, comprising premium residential apartments of varied configurations. The plot is strategically located in DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida which hosts 750 acre of smart plug-and-play infrastructure, the company said. It forms part of the Greater Noida market, a major growth corridor with connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. Godrej Properties said it has experienced strong success in Greater Noida, with two of its recent launches in FY26 delivering sales of approximately ₹1,500 crore each. "We have witnessed consistent demand for our existing projects in Noida, and we remain bullish on this market. This will further strengthen our development portfolio in NCR and fits well with our strategy of deepening our presence in key micro markets across India's leading cities," Gaurav Pandey, the MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, said. Godrej Properties shares ended the previous session 1.9% lower at ₹1,754.3 apiece. The stock has declined 13% this year, so far. Suraj Estate Developers Suraj Estate Developers on Sunday said its wholly-owned subsidiary Iconic Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to acquire the development rights of a plot of land measuring 2,941 square metre, contiguous of its ongoing commercial project Suraj One Business Bay in Mahim (West), Mumbai, with a total consideration of ₹75 crore. The plot, on amalgamation with the existing commercial development, is expected the generate additional saleable carpet area of around 1.5 lakh square feet with gross development value of ₹800 crore, the company said. Suraj Estate Developers said the project is expected to strengthen its near-to-medium term project pipeline and consolidate its presence in its core market of South Central Mumbai. "With this acquisition the combined GDV of Suraj One Business Bay will be in excess of ₹2,000 crore. Given the vantage position and connectivity of the said project, we anticipate strong institutional and end-user interest, driven by the project's design excellence and its sustainability-led approach," Rahul Thomas, the whole-time director of Suraj Estate Developers, said. Shares of Suraj Estate Developers ended the previous session 0.55% up at ₹225 apiece. The stock has declined 13.6% this year, so far.
