Sunteck Realty Reports Impressive Q4FY26 Results, Surges 64.6% in Revenue

Sunteck Realty Limited, a leading real-estate development firm, has reported a remarkable 26% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹63 crore for Q4FY26, compared to ₹50 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's revenue for the quarter surged 64.6% YoY to ₹339 crore from ₹206 crore, while EBITDA increased 40.58% to ₹97 crore with respect to ₹69 crore a year ago.

Interestingly, EBITDA margin declined to 29% from 33% in the corresponding period. However, the company's strong revenue growth and increased EBITDA have been a significant boost to its overall performance.

Full-Year Performance:

  • Revenue Growth: ₹1,124 crore (32% YoY growth)
  • EBITDA Rise: ₹305 crore (64% YoY growth)

On the operational front, the company's pre-sales grew 22% YoY to about ₹1,064 crore in Q4 and 25% YoY to ₹3,157 crore for FY26. Collections came in strong at around ₹432 crore for the quarter and ₹1,433 crore for the year, marking growth of 39% and 14% respectively.

Business Developments and Acquisitions:

  • The company has expanded its Mumbai Metropolitan Region development pipeline with three additions carrying an estimated gross development value of around ₹50 billion.
  • The projects include developments in Andheri and Mira Road, as well as a land acquisition near Mumbai International Airport.

Share Performance:

Ahead of the results, Sunteck Realty shares surged 5.02% to close at ₹342.90 on April 21, gaining ₹16.40 during the session.
